The aforementioned is also the exclusive legal owner of this Website and the domain name www.4scollection.store and any other similar name with which it is associated. The general content is protected by intellectual property legislation, and specific elements of the websites are protected by laws related to, indicatively and not restrictively, trade secrets, commercial & industrial secrets and property, unfair competition, electronic commerce, security of financial transactions, and other relevant legislation. Consequently, the website is available for use only if the user agrees with the terms and conditions mentioned below. On the contrary, by accessing the Website, staying on and using it, the user as well as any other person authorized by them declare that you agree and comply with these terms of use.
Therefore, it is clear that these Terms of Use absolutely bind every simple visitor to the Website to the maximum possible extent and to the extent that they can be applied, where, the term "use" is mentioned, it includes in any case the simple visit and browsing of the Website.

The Business cannot guarantee the uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Website and bears no liability towards users for any damages that may arise from the non-smooth operation or interruption of access to them.
Simple browsing on the Website does not require user registration and creation of a personal account. The non-registered user of the Website will also be able, in addition to browsing, to purchase products by completing the special order form.
To create an account, the user declares and electronically registers the information required to complete their registration and accepts these Terms, after reading them carefully and understanding them.
To create a personal account on the Website, the user must initially enter the following information:
-Username
-Valid and active email address, which legally belongs to them.
-Unique password which the user selects and enters on the Website. The user must keep it secret, not disclose it to third parties and take appropriate measures to prevent its leakage to third parties, change the password if they suspect or find that it has leaked and at regular intervals for security reasons, and never use for any reason a password belonging to another user, which may have come to their knowledge in any way.
The information provided by members to the Website either during registration or during use (ordering) must meet the following requirements:
• Must not be false, inaccurate, or misleading.
• Must not contravene provisions of current Greek and European legislation, including provisions relating to export matters, consumer protection, unfair competition, discrimination or misleading advertising, protection of intellectual or industrial property, trade secrets, or personality rights.
In order to properly use this information and to avoid potential violations related to its content, the Business reserves the right to control and process this information, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
If the user suspects that their authentication details have been stolen or disclosed in any way to a third party, they must modify them and immediately inform the Business. In any case and for security reasons, it is recommended to log out of the account after browsing the Website.
After successful registration and creation of a personal account, the user in each subsequent use of the Website will be able to connect to their personal account by entering their username and password in the corresponding fields.
It is expressly prohibited to use any method of monitoring the Website or copying part or all of its operating mechanism or content without the prior written permission of the Website. Copying, modifying, paraphrasing, or republishing the contents of the website without prior written permission is prohibited.
The Website reserves the right to temporarily or permanently prohibit the use of its services to any member who, at its absolute discretion, does not comply with these Terms of Use or applicable legislation.
The user can submit their order electronically in order to receive the products at a point of their choice, also selecting the type of legal tax document to be issued.
The products are shipped as follows:
-Orders placed from Monday to Friday -except holidays- until 16:00, are shipped the next working day.
-Orders placed from Monday to Friday -except holidays- after 16:00, are shipped the second working day.
-Orders placed throughout the weekend and holidays are shipped on the first next working day.
The above may be differentiated in cases of high workload (e.g., holiday periods).
The days and hours of delivery are determined by the corresponding terms and delivery times of the cooperating courier companies. Delivery time usually lasts from 1 to 3 working days, (this may not apply to inaccessible areas or in case of extreme conditions/force majeure).

The payment methods for shipping are as follows:
- Payment by Credit or Debit Card: The user can prepay the price of the transaction before the delivery of the order using their credit or debit card. In case the transaction with the card is not possible (e.g., the credit card is not approved), the company reserves the right not to execute the order until the completion of the monetary transaction.

- Cash on delivery, paying, that is, the price of the transaction exclusively in cash, to the cooperating courier company upon receipt of the order. The cash on delivery service is supported only through the courier company ACS and there is an additional charge of 3,00 € (including VAT).
All payments made using credit, debit, and prepaid cards are processed through the digital electronic payment platform viva payment which meets the specifications imposed by the standards for payment card data security. At the same time, during electronic card payments, strong customer authentication is applied according to the 3-D secure protocol, in compliance with the European Directive 2015/2366 (PSD2) and the requirements for Strong Customer Authentication.
Payment And Withdrawal
Upon agreement and purchase of the specific product, it is sent without delay, as mentioned above. The consumer, within an exclusive period of fifteen (15) days from the purchase, has the right of withdrawal. The cost of returning the products is borne by the consumer while any cost of re-shipping is borne by the Business.
The right of withdrawal does not apply:
a) to the supply of goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized and
b) to the supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other elements.
Finally, withdrawal from products with damaged packaging is not accepted.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline expires.
The products purchased must be returned in their original condition accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase (receipt - invoice). An essential prerequisite for withdrawal and return of products is that the consumer keeps in their possession, as proof of the transaction, the proof of purchase.
If the purchase was made with a credit/debit card, the transaction will be canceled and the consumer's account will be correspondingly updated (credited), within a period of 14 calendar days.
In case of repeated returns by the consumer, the Business reserves the right to refuse the return of a product, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal.
If the legal procedure as above is not followed or the legal requirements for accepting the return of a product are not met, then it, if it has been sent to the Business, will be returned to the consumer, who will be charged with the packaging and shipping costs.
The business reserves the right to modify the return policy, publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on this website.
Incorrect Entries
The Business thoroughly and diligently checks the information it provides to its visitors as required by law. However, human errors, network malfunctions, or computer system malfunctions cannot be excluded, which may affect the correct provision of information to consumers/users regarding product prices, availability, or characteristics. We advise visitors/users, in case they notice any incorrect information (e.g., unusually high or low price of a product), before placing an order, to contact customer service for the immediate correction of the error, the provision of clarifications regarding the price, product characteristics, and the more effective provision of our services to the consumer public.
The Company reserves the right not to execute an order, even if confirmed, if the characteristics (price, properties, etc.) of the products included in the order do not correspond to reality and the Company's price lists, that is, in case of erroneous entry.
5. Disclaimer
The Business guarantees that it will exercise due diligence in the performance of its contractual obligations and this agreement. However, the Business is not liable and is exempt from liability for:
- The uninterrupted and flawless operation of the Website.
- The case of force majeure or accidental event.
- Any shortages in product availability due to force majeure (indicatively: weather phenomena, fire, strikes, illegal behavior of third parties) and in general reasons that cannot be attributed to the fault of the Business.
- Any poor condition of the delivered products, provided that this is not due to inadequate storage of the products by the Business and provided that all preventive measures that it should have taken were taken.
- Any side effects and damages from the use of ordered products that are due to incorrect product selection by the user, careless or incorrect use of the products, or to the fault of the manufacturer, such as fault during manufacturing, insufficient information or instructions accompanying the products, quality of construction, safety of materials, and actual defects.
- The photographs of the products are indicative and cannot in any case function as binding.
6. Final Provisions
6.1 The images, logos/marks, graphics, photographs, and texts as well as any other element that may be the subject of intellectual property rights, found on the Website, constitute intellectual property of the Company and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek and Union legislation. Consequently, any copying, analog/digital recording and mechanical reproduction, downloading, modification, resale, and in general commercial exploitation of the content of the Website is prohibited.
6.2 In no case is the Website and its ownership liable for any damage, positive or negative, that users may suffer as a result of the use of the provided services, due directly or indirectly to actions or omissions of third parties.
6.3 The services provided through the Website, including simple search, are not addressed to individuals who have not completed their 18th year of age. The Website does not knowingly collect or process data of individuals under 18 years of age.
